The world’s largest and best Inflatable 5K is coming to Donington Park (Derby) on Sat 15th, April 2023. The 2023 edition of the Inflatable 5K obstacle course has got even Bigger, Bouncier and Better!
With four different distances – 2.5K, 5K, 10K, 15K – to choose from, anyone can take part! This event is one of the best things to do in Donington Park (Derby) in 2023. An awesome day out with your friends or family.
Take part in the Nuts Challenge 3K on April 23rd, sanctioned as the British Obstacle Sports Southern Age Group National Trial race.
Spartan Race London West sees the start of the Spartan Race season with a full Trifecta on offer (Sprint, Super, Beast), Kids races, and the inaugural Spartan 3K European Elite Series.
The Spartan Super on the Sunday is the first race in the UKOCR Series. You can enter either the elite or age group race to qualify for series points as times are amalgamated together to award league points.
The Spartan 3K on the Friday evening will also act as the Elite 3K British National Trials.

The Ninja World Cup Europe (Poland) takes place on May 19th-21st 2023.
The open age categories will be competing on May 19th-20th, whereas the professional race will take place on May 21st.
The course will be a two-lane ninja course (to be revealed on the day). Ninjas will race side by side and have two opportunities to complete the course. It will be the fastest time that will be considered and ninjas will not be judged on whether they beat the ninja racing alongside them. The professional race is generally reserved for ninjas who have been endorsed by their national federation.
British Obstacle Sports can select up to five male and five female athletes in the pro race provided they are aged 18-39 as that is the only age category that will be allowed. The winner of the competition will qualify for the Ninja World Cup Finals (location and date TBD).
