Test yourself on our Fast Flowing 3k Course!

We loved running this course in 2025 and 2026 and after some amazing feedback, we will be bringing it back for 2027…

We have left the course rules, etc up on our website as well as a course preview video so you can see exactly what you will be getting on the day.

Expect a solid field of Elites as well as a good mix of Age Group Athletes, with Trophies for top 3 in both divisions.

For the series we will be following the same age groups.

– 14-39.
– 40+.
