We have a fantastic, fast and free flowing 400m course with 12 obstacles.
Runners age 10 yrs+ have the opportunity to double up and take part in this exciting race after doing the FBF 3k
You’ll get 1 timed run of the 400m course before semi finals and finals.
This 400m event is also part of the 2026 OCR Sprint UK Speed Series.
All listed events based in the UK have been licensed by British Obstacle Sports, and all events listed are covered by British Obstacle Sports membership insurance. Please note that events remain the responsibility of the event organisers, and British Obstacle Sports does not manage or deliver the events unless stated.
