The inaugural British OCR 400m Championships will be hosted by The P.T Barn on Sunday 13 September 2026.

Race head to head on a fast, flowing 400m course shaped by feedback from the 2025 season and insights from the OCR World Championship in Ireland to create a championship-quality test of speed and skill.

Open to ages 10–60+ with full age groups and adaptive categories. Two qualifying runs, with the top eight overall progressing to knockout rounds to decide the 2026 British OCR 400m Champions.
